Yu's Chinese & Sushi Bar - Fresh Sushi and Authentic Chinese Cuisine in Coos Bay, OR

This was my first time trying Yu’s and I will definitely be back! Delicious sushi rolls at a reasonable price point. I ordered the Maki Sushi Combo, to go. It was ready for me to pick up in a timely manner (15 minutes) and the staff were very friendly!

Always friendly and inviting. Great food that keeps bringing us back. House Tempura Roll is one of our favorites. Portions are generous. Always remembers my name and has our order memorized. Gladly accepted our large group unlike some other restaurants in the area. Keep up the good work and you'll be around for a long, long time.

Yu’s did a great job catering to our party of 12. The restaurant was full of delicate seating, and decorations that really made the theme spark. Our waiter was very patient, and took her time making sure everyone had decided on a solid option. The menu had various dishes that ranged from soups, to rice, to different proteins. I ended up ordering the Diner Bento Box, which included kung pao chicken, sweet & sour chicken, pork fried rice, organic salad, along with miso soup. Once all the food arrived, everything looked stunning. We had also ordered Sushi, so there were various rolls on the table. After eating the food I could tell it was high quality. Everything here tasted delicious, and I couldn’t recommend coming here more.

We tried this place for the first time last week and found it wonderful. My son had the orange chicken with pork fried rice, and I had the teriyaki chicken with rice. Everything was perfect, however, the portions are very big, so make sure that you’re really hungry before you come. The staff is very friendly and do a good job of welcoming you to the restaurant. I highly recommend this place. BTW, we returned to this restaurant a few days later, and it was as outstanding as before. This time my son had the teriyaki chicken and I had the chicken Kung pao style. Excellent food and fast service.

We really enjoyed it. We got a few sushi rolls. Snow White, Tsunami, Double shrimp and Vegas roll. Our toddler loved the pork fried rice. The small cup was a very generous portion. Everyone was very friendly there and it was very clean. We will be back to try other dishes.

Some of the best egg flower soup I've ever had! The kun pao chicken was so good and the veggies were nice, fresh, and crisp! The sweet and sour chicken and fried rice were also so good! The server was very nice and friendly service. I will definitely be going back.

The place was very busy for dinner but we got lucky with no wait. Ordered some sushi rolls that were really good. Ordered the bento box as well which was great. Big portions. Cooked well. Service was fast and friendly for how busy it was. Meal came with a soup, I chose egg flour and it was delicious!
